Step by Step Process

Step 1 - Registration

Complete online registration and you will be contacted by our Sales Office.

Step 2 - Questionnaire and Data Transfer

Complete questionnaire and send topographical survey and lot information. *

Step 3 - Design

3.1 Execute Design Contract. ($35,000)
3.2 Meet with architect and project manager.
3.3 Sign off on the design and specs of your new home.

Step 4 - Construction

4.1 Execute Construction Contract (40% Payment)
4.2 Building Permit *
4.3 Construction - Infrastructure and foundations.
4.4 Construction - Structural framing. (40% Payment)
4.5 Construction - Enclosure, interiors.
4.6 Construction - Landscaping.

Step 5 - Closing

Enjoy your new home. (20% Payment)

* Building permit and Topographical Survey cost not included in contract.
