The DCHGlobal Building System is designed to the LEED Platinum level and enables the realization of superior efficiencies in design, construction, and building performance.

Clients can purchase a Platinum Series Home or have a Custom home designed specifically for your unique lot. Optima DCHGlobal also designs and builds Real Estate Developments using the DCHGlobal Building System.

Optima DCHGlobal, Inc. manages the Design, Documentation, Permitting, Construction, Finish Selections, and Contract/Closing processes with our clients.

Optima DCHGlobal, Inc. was founded by David Hovey Jr., AIA after designing and developing the DCHGlobal Building System through Relic Rock, a series of four prototype single family homes located in Scottsdale, Arizona.
